Terms of use
1. The service
Growza gives businesses an app for bookings, billing, stock, staff and reports. By enrolling, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your staff logins. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Plans, add-ons and payment
Your first month is free, counted from the day you sign up, and you do not need a card to start. After that, billing is monthly for the Basic Plan (₹349/month) and any optional monthly add-ons you turn on (WhatsApp Booking & Reminders at ₹199/month, Client Rewards at ₹99/month, or Extra Branches at ₹149/month each). Promotional WhatsApp broadcasts use a prepaid owner wallet recharge and are deducted only when you send a campaign. All listed prices include GST. You can cancel any time from the app and keep using it until the end of the paid month.
4. Fair use
Do not use Growza to send spam, to message people who have not agreed, or to sell anything that is illegal or that WhatsApp’s commerce policy does not allow, such as medicines or medical devices.
5. Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it when you leave. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle it.
6. Availability
We work to keep Growza running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
7. Ending
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after telling you. You may stop at any time.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
