1. Who we are

Growza is a software service for businesses such as salons, restaurants and shops in India. This policy explains what personal data we handle on growza.biz and in the Growza app at app.growza.biz.

2. What we collect

From business owners and staff: name, mobile number, business name and address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider).

From the businesses' clients, entered by the business: name, mobile number, visit history, bills and, if the business chooses, notes or birthdays.

From visitors to this website: basic technical logs (pages visited, browser type). We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

To run the service: bookings, bills, reminders, reports and logins.

To send messages the business has asked us to send, such as appointment reminders on WhatsApp, only to clients who have agreed to receive them.

To keep the service secure and to meet legal duties such as GST records.

4. WhatsApp and other processors

Messages on WhatsApp are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Our servers and backups are with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. These providers process data only on our instructions.

5. We never sell data

We do not sell, rent or share a business's client list with anyone for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

Data is kept while the business uses Growza. Routine activity logs are deleted after 45 days. A client deleted by a business can be restored for 7 days and is then permanently anonymised. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent. A client can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to stop receiving them. Clients of a business should contact that business first; we help the business act on the request.

8. Contact and grievances

Grievance officer: Growza Support, reachable on WhatsApp or phone at +91 95994 20210. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and tell business owners in the app.
